Site Acquisition

RLS-CMC employs a team of skilled site acquisition specialists who possess local jurisdictional expertise in every market we serve. Our real estate team is directed by a group of attorneys capable of addressing the most intricate land use challenges that emerge during site development. We routinely manage all facets of tower development, including leases and lease amendments, easements, land use approvals, variances, FAA and FCC filings, as well as coordinating NEPA screening reports, EAs, and Phase I environmental screenings.

Engineering

RLS-CMC boasts an engineering department comprised of Professional Engineers licensed in numerous states and drafters skilled in both AutoCAD and MicroStation. We create and approve top-notch lease exhibits, zoning drawings, construction drawings, and structural analyses that fulfill all our clients' needs. Furthermore, our licensed PEs can design structural modification plans for towers and other wireless support structures.

RLS-CMC offers both scheduled and on-demand maintenance services to ensure uninterrupted tower and network operation. Our highly skilled technicians are trained by OEMs and authorized to access tower sites owned by major tower owners and carriers. We maintain a well-stocked inventory of materials required for routine repairs, enabling us to provide timely and efficient service. Additionally, our maintenance crews are equipped with the latest tools and equipment to diagnose and resolve issues quickly, minimizing downtime and optimizing network performance.

Construction

RLS-CMC offers turn-key construction for raw land builds and structural modifications and maintain crews of climbers proficient in all facets of line and antenna construction. Our antenna and line teams possess a deep understanding of RF engineering and can install, optimize, and troubleshoot antenna systems on towers and at ground level. All our crews are outfitted with the required tools and the most up-to-date PIM and sweep equipment.
