RLS-CMC, Inc. acted as Pre-Construction Consultants & General Contractors for this 2-level, glass-enclosed retail mall which includes 750,000 sq. ft. that originally housed 11 anchors, 60 specialty stores, a food court & a 9-screen cinema. In addition to the main mall (at the time known as One Schaumburg Place), our personnel were involved with constructing all the site development work for new roads, the 1000-car surface parking lots, & two- 5-level precast concrete parking decks, each with a capacity of 1200 cars.
