RLS-CMC, Inc. acted as Construction Manager and Owner’s Representative (CMOR) to clear a notice of violation received from the local AHJ due to improper installation techniques. The RLS-CMC team was able to provide a plan to restore the property’s infrastructure and bring the property back to good standing with the local AHJ.
The RLS-CMC, Inc. plan included providing design and engineering services, coordination with the property and local AHJ, and coordination with multiple trades to complete the required activities. This project was successfully complete as scheduled and all associated violations have been cleared through the local AHJ.
