The BLOC LA
RLS-CMC, Inc. acted as Construction Manager and Owner’s Representative (CMOR) for the IDAS installation of the BLOC LA plaza at the downtown Los Angeles property. Over 35 antennas were strategically placed to provide coverage throughout the 5 floors of shopping, dining, hospitality, offices, fitness centers, and parking garages. RLS-CMC, Inc. provided pre-construction, design, engineering, and managements services to successfully complete this project ahead of schedule and under budget.
The RLS-CMC team completed the installation during the final phases of the BLOC LA construction and were able to coordinate with multiple trades to ensure all activities were being completed efficiently. The property was able to conduct business “as usual” without any interruptions to their daily activities and without interruptions to their overall construction schedule.
