RLS-CMC, Inc. provided Pre-Construction services on the Park Tower complex in

Chicago. The 67-story tower is just off Michigan Avenue overlooking the historic Water Tower Park. It is the eleventh tallest building in Chicago, the 39th tallest building in the United States, and the eighty-third tallest in the world by architectural detail.

The project includes 18 floors for the Park Hyatt Hotel & 49 floors of luxury condominiums. The property also includes a 220-car parking deck, a health club, landscaped terrace & pool.
