RLS-CMC, Inc. acted as the Project Utility Coordinator for this 71 node ODAS network that spanned across multiple Township across Bucks County in Philadelphia; Townships included North & Upper South Hampton, Warminster, Middletown, and Newtown. RLS-CMC, Inc. was a major contributor for the coordination with PECO, the local utility provider, that lead to acceptance of use of pole top extensions for the placement of the antennas above power. This attributed to extreme cost saving to our customer by eliminating the need to replace utility poles. RLS-CMC, Inc. was responsible for leading the discussion with PECO to allow meter-less power delivery and was involved in the negotiation for flat rate services. RLS-CMS, Inc., as the Utility Coordinator successfully managed site surveys, power design and submittal to power delivery, and make-ready planning and coordination.
