RLS-CMC, Inc. acted as Construction Manager and Owner’s Representative (CMOR) for the Corning ONE DAS installation. RLS-CMC, Inc. provided pre-construction, design, engineering, and construction management to successfully complete the installation. The building required over 184 antennas spread out over 589,000 square feet to provide coverage to their tenants, guests, and employees. The RLS-CMC team was able to coordinate with all trades to complete these floors without interrupting the building tenants and allowing them to maintain their daily operations.

Dominion Towers is a 589,000 square foot office property comprised of two octagonal shaped towers built in 1982. This class A building has impressive views of the 17th Street corridor, the 16th Street mall and the spectacular Rocky Mountains. Dominion Towers achieved LEED Silver certification in 2010. This initiative along with recent lobby, exterior plaza, common corridor, restroom and roof deck remodels make Dominion Towers one of the more modern office properties in the downtown area.
