RLS-CMC, Inc. (RLS) served as Utility Coordinator and Contractor for this outdoor node deployment in Stockton, CA.  RLS coordinated the make-ready construction and scheduling with the local utility, PG&E with whom RLS has a very close working relationship.  Due to this relationship, we could save the customer several weeks in construction time.  RLS performed above conductor work, as well as the complete node build all the way through to green tag inspection, and meter set.  RLS provided the customer with complete close out packages for all aspects of the build and could do so in an extremely condensed period of time, and under budget.
