RLS-CMC, Inc. acted as Construction Manager and Owner’s Representative (CMOR) for the IDAS installation of the Bellagio hotel’s guestroom and suite towers with a combined coverage space of 3,008,098 square feet. RLS-CMC, Inc. provided pre-construction, design, engineering, and management services to successfully complete the installation of the upscale Las Vegas strip property.

The Main and Spa towers required over 2,000 antennas to provide coverage to their guests and employees. The Bellagio was able to allow guestrooms to be occupied during the installation, with minimal impact to their guests. The suite level floors of the main tower were completed during the scheduled renovation of these floors. The RLS-CMC team was able to coordinate with all trades to complete these floors without interrupting the renovation schedule. Bellagio was completed on time and under budget in 2015.
