RLS-CMC, Inc. (RLS) recently performed over 100 site surveys in the City of Oakland and surrounding areas. RLS surveyed these outdoor utility poles and determined feasibility for deployment. Delivered to the customer were: Feasibility forms outlining power source, climbing space availability/issues, zoning probability, and all attachment heights including photos. Also provided were documents for each outlining possible alternatives for submittal to the City.
