RLS-CMC, Inc. acted as Construction Manager for the equipment room upgrade at the largest strip resort in Las Vegas. Tasked with ensuring the equipment room was able to remain code compliant through future expansion, the RLS team coordinated with the local AHJ and completed a full review of the limitations of the existing conditions. RLS-CMC, Inc. provide pre-construction, design, fire engineering, structural engineering, electrical engineering, and project managements services to meet all local requirements. The upgrade of the equipment room required coordination with numerous trades and onsite staff to allow for the property’s lineup of events to continue without any disruptions. To provide a compliant room, the RLS team brought in new electrical service, a new exhaust system, and upgraded the fire suppression system. The team coordinated their efforts with the building department to receive passing inspections of all systems and allow the equipment room to operate without issue. The project management team was able to complete this project ahead of schedule, on budget, and without any disruptions to the property.
